Lorraine Maggs - The Lost GeologistIt's been a great year for Lorraine Maggs, an Advanced Diploma painting student. Leading up to her graduating exhibition Lorraine had a print shortlisted for the 2009 Silk Cut Lino Award, was selected as finalist in the Blake prize (for The Lost Geologist, above), and won 1st Prize ($1000) Fairfield Art Prize in the Contemporary section for her painting "Horseplay". Congratulations Lorraine!
